General Questions

What is a dry-hire bartending service? You provide the alcohol; I provide the bar, tools, garnishes, optional mixers, setup, and service.

Do you bring the bar? Yes — I bring a freestanding mobile bar.

What areas do you serve? Based in Connecticut. Serve CT + surrounding regions.

Do you offer mocktails? Yes. Every menu can include cocktails, mocktails, or both.

How far in advance should I book? Weddings: 6–12 months. Parties: 2–6 months.
Is a deposit required? Yes — 30–40% retainer.
Do you travel? Yes. Travel fees apply for long distances.
Can you help estimate alcohol? Yes — I create a custom shopping list.

What You Provide vs. What I Provide

What do I need to supply? Alcohol, ice (unless added), venue access, required paperwork.
What do you bring? Bar, tools, garnishes, optional mixers, menu design (if selected), setup + breakdown.
Do you provide cups/napkins/ice? Cups: add-on. Napkins: basic included. Ice: optional add-on.
Are mixers included? Mixers are an optional add-on.

Custom Menus, Licensing & Legal, Event Day

Custom Menus
Do you design custom menus? Yes — tailored to your style, flavors, and event vibe.
Can you recreate a drink I love? Yes — send a reference.
Do you include shopping lists? Yes.

Licensing & Legal
Are you insured? Yes — general + liquor liability. COIs available.
Do you sell alcohol? No. Dry-hire only.
Can you work with venues that require COIs? Yes.

Event Day
What does your bar setup look like? Modern speakeasy-style bar with menu sign, garnish jars, bottles, tools, styled accents.
How long do you serve? Standard service: 3–4 hours. Extra hours available.
How much space do you need? 6–8 ft for the bar + working space behind.
What is your breakdown process? Full cleanup and teardown.

Pricing + Extras

How much does an event cost? Most events fall between $350–$1,200+, depending on size and add-ons.
What affects pricing? Guest count, menu, travel, add-ons, duration.
Do you offer micro-events or cocktail classes? Yes — small gatherings, kits, and cocktail classes available.
