Till The Last Drop was born from the sweet spot where creativity, hospitality, and celebration meet. What started as a love for the way a single drink can spark conversation or shift a mood soon grew into a mobile bartending service built on craft, connection, and thoughtful design.
As a designer-turned-bartender-turned-mobile-mixologist, I fell in love with creating drinks that feel intentional — drinks that look beautiful, taste balanced, and help people settle into the moment. Now, I bring that magic straight to you.

Colleen Albert — Bartender, Designer, and Host at Heart
Hi, I’m Colleen — the hands, heart, and creative behind Till The Last Drop.
I’ve spent years in craft cocktail lounges, coffee bars, and hospitality spaces, and one thing always stuck with me: great drinks are only half the magic. The real magic is the connection — the laughter, the stories, the moment someone takes that first sip and lights up.
With a background in design and a passion for creating beautiful experiences, I launched Till The Last Drop as a blend of craft, hospitality, and aesthetics. A service where the bar doesn’t just serve drinks — it sets the tone.
Why I Started This
I wanted to bring intentional, beautifully crafted drinks to people anywhere they’re celebrating — in backyards, barns, lofts, art galleries, and anywhere in between. Till The Last Drop lets me combine everything I love: hospitality, design, flavor, and meaningful connection.
